Get Involved!  Do something--  I know that it can seem overwhelming and discouraging, but you can make a difference!  Check out the other pages on this site for some ideas to get you started...but most of all, be sure to DO SOMETHING. Get Mad!  This is a SHAM and you should be mad.  For all the brains, wealth and resources in this country, war seems like a pitiful excuse for a solution.  Is this new?  No, it is the same old song and dance, but that doesn't make it right. Get Real!  Whose son's and daughters are going to be fighting this war?  Do you think that the senators and congressmen's children will be going...or will they manage to get deferrments as usual. Get Compassionate!  It won't be a regime or a political party that suffers in this war, but the people of Iraq.  No matter what they say, I will promise you that these people are just like you and I.  They want the best for their family, they want to be healthy and productive, mostly they want to be left alone. Get Going!  Well, you get the idea.
